Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how X Generation Enterprise Inc ("JackpotIQ") uses cookies and similar technologies on the JackpotIQ website and apps. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember things between page loads (like the fact you are signed in) and helps us understand how the Service is used. We also use comparable technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and tracking pixels — for simplicity we call all of these "cookies" in this policy.

Categories we use

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

These cookies are required for the Service to work. Disabling them would break sign-in, billing, and basic site security. We do not request consent for these because they are not used for marketing or analytics.

2. Performance and analytics (optional)

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. They are anonymized to the extent possible and are not used to identify you personally.

3. Marketing and advertising (optional, opt-in)

These cookies and pixels measure the performance of our advertising and let us show you JackpotIQ ads on platforms you already use. They are off by default and only loaded if you accept marketing cookies.

How we ask for consent

On your first visit you see a banner at the bottom of the screen with three options:

We honor your choice. You can change it at any time by clicking the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page or by clearing your browser cookies and reloading.

How long cookies last

Each cookie has its own lifetime. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last from a few minutes (Clerk handshake) up to 13 months (consent flag and analytics). We never set cookies that live longer than regulators recommend.

Do Not Track

Most modern browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. The signal is not standardized and we currently do not respond to it. Use the consent banner and the marketing opt-outs above to control non-essential cookies.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We respect the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out from sale or sharing of personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act. If your browser sends GPC, we will not load marketing pixels and will not include you in Custom Audience uploads.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via the cookie banner or in-app notice.
