SMS Marketing Terms
These SMS Terms govern your participation in the JackpotIQ text message marketing program operated by X Generation Enterprise Inc. The program is compliant with the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the rules of each major US wireless carrier.
Program description
The JackpotIQ SMS program sends jackpot threshold alerts (e.g. when Powerball or Mega Millions crosses $500M), feature updates, and occasional promotional offers to the mobile number you provide at sign-up.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the "Text me jackpot alerts" checkbox during onboarding at https://jackpotiq.app/welcome and confirming your phone number with the 6-digit code we send. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the Service. Without consent you can still use the free and Pro tiers in full.
Frequency
You can expect up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on jackpot activity and the campaigns you opt into.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge a fee to send or receive SMS through this program; your carrier may.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any JackpotIQ SMS at any time and you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from this program. To rejoin later, opt in again from /pricing or from the SMS settings in your account.

Eligible carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, Google Fi, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We collect and use your phone number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use a hashed version (SHA-256) of your number to build Custom Audiences on Meta, TikTok, and Google for our own ad campaigns; you can opt out by emailing privacy@jackpotiq.app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a US resident, and the account holder of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
