Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and X Generation Enterprise Inc("JackpotIQ," "we," or "us") governing your use of the JackpotIQ website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service is entertainment and statistics only

JackpotIQ is not a lottery, casino, gaming, or wagering platform. We do not sell lottery tickets. We do not pay prizes. We do not accept bets. We do not facilitate or broker the purchase of any lottery product. We aggregate publicly available historical lottery results and present statistical summaries, frequency rankings, and AI-generated number combinations for entertainment purposes only.

We do not predict winners.Lottery draws are random, independent events. No statistical model, including ours, can forecast which numbers will be drawn. The "JackpotIQ Match Score" and any other percentage, ranking, or recommendation displayed in the Service describes the alignment of a combination with historical patterns — it is not a probability of winning. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Any number combination produced by the Service has the same chance of being drawn as any other valid combination.

Use at your own risk. Spending decisions about actual lottery tickets are entirely yours. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. Lottery participation can be addictive. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) or visit ncpgambling.org.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are 18 years or older (21 in jurisdictions that require it for lottery information services), a resident of the United States, and legally able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may verify your date of birth and address. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that do not.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jackpotiq.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account, sell it, or impersonate another person. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, free trial, billing, and refunds

4.1 Plans

We currently offer two plans:

4.2 Free trial

Pro includes a 7-day free trial when you sign up. You will not be charged until day 8. You may cancel during the trial at no cost via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from /pricing. If you do not cancel by the end of day 7, your card will be charged the then-current Pro price and your subscription will renew annually.

4.3 Auto-renewal

Your Pro subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your initial paid charge. We will email you a receipt for each renewal. To stop future renewals, open the Customer Portal and cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.

4.4 Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the trial period ends, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@jackpotiq.app within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

4.5 Taxes

Prices shown exclude sales tax. Stripe Tax calculates and applies the sales tax applicable in your billing state at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes related to your use of the Service that are not collected by us.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the software, design, content, trademarks, and the "JackpotIQ Match Score" algorithm and presentation, is owned by X Generation Enterprise Inc and protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Lottery draw results and rules are owned by the respective lottery authorities; we present them under fair use for statistical commentary.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL X GENERATION ENTERPRISE INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless X Generation Enterprise Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any content or information you submit.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account by emailing support@jackpotiq.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive (1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13) survive termination.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in New Hampshire. Either party may bring claims in small-claims court if eligible. You and we waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

13. App store terms

If you download our mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store's end-user terms. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms but have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your account.
